The Coffee – Food Pairings designed by HumbleBean are mindfully curated while paying attention to how the flavours and textures of the coffee and patisserie change with every bite and every sip. A mix of hot and cold brews across light and medium roasts work together with mini patisseries to provide a delightfully delicious experience. HumbleBean Subject Matter Experts guide participants through the session with pairings that have been tested and designed to enhance the consumption experience.
ABOUT THE Chef
SANA KABRA

Chef Sana Kabra specializes in creating French Patisserie with distinct flavors, lighter textures, and healthier ingredients.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Pastry Arts from the prestigious Ecole Ducasse and a professional CA degree from ICAI Mumbai.
Chef Kabra is certified in the B-Concept method from Jordi Bordas and was awarded “Best student: Professional competency in French Pastry, boulangerie, ice cream, and chocolaterie” from Ecole Ducasse.
She has worked with top global chefs such as Albert Adria, Jessica Prealpato, Angelo Musa, and Richard Hawke.
